The Ministry of Natural Resources, Environment and Climate Change in collaboration with the Public Complaints Bureau (BPA), the Prime Minister's Department continues to enhance the efforts of the Public Service Delivery System to manage complaints in an efficient and effective manner through the adoption of Integrated Public Complaints Management System (SISPAA).

The system is expected to further strengthen the management of complaints in the ministry in line with the development of the ICT world today and the openness of a simpler and faster communication channel.

The ministry hopes that the public will utilise this space as one of the platforms that will bring the people and the government closer to the country's goals.
